If you want to have some fun around the water we suggest checking out the nearest Offshore Super Series to see the fastest of the fast in offshore power racing boats.  These boats, capable of upwards of 150mph, will get your heart rate up if nothing else will.

The 2007 OSS race schedule is filling up at a rapid pace. Ten races are planned for this season.  Only three out of ten locations are still being negotiated and will be announced ASAP.  Video of the complete race series will be transmitted live throughout the world, courtesy of AMF Productions.

The 2007 season will get an early start March 23-25, when OSS will return to Biloxi – the location of its inaugural race in 2004. Biloxi has bounced back from Katrina, and will be bigger and better than ever.

A month later, April 20-22, OSS racers will travel to Greers Ferry, Arkansas, where the Greers Ferry Lake promises a natural high at 487 feet above sea level.

From May, 4-6 OSS will return to Pickwick, Tennessee, the enthusiastic town on the Tennessee River that has become a fixture on the OSS race schedule.

July 6-8, the OSS show will come to Jacksonville, Florida, which promises to be an exciting ocean race.

August 3 – 5, the OSS boats travel to Providence, Rhode Island, with a big water race in the offing.

A few weeks, later, August 17 - 19, the OSS teams will be cheered on by the always enthusiastic fans of  Orange Beach, Alabama.

The National Championship will be held in LOTO:   September 28 – 30, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, a site that has been made famous by powerboats.

Along with the June and October race, the venue for the World Championships in November is still under negotiation.
