Q: My photos won’t upload and I’m getting frustrated!
A: Make sure that you have chosen smaller versions of your photos for uploading. The maximum size for a photo should be 300 pixels by 300 pixels. In most photo editing programs this is small or medium size. The absolute maxium file size is 900k. Remember, when you upload your photos, it may take a while for them to transfer—especially if you are on dial-up.
